1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Zentra mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zentra is a digital wellbeing application for Android designed to help users minimize screen time, block distracting apps, and develop healthier digital habits.
- App & Website Blocking: scheduling tools to restrict access to distracting apps and websites.
- Strict Mode: optional device-admin protections that hinder uninstalling the App and bypassing active blocks while a schedule is active. You can disable it anytime when no schedule is active; it never permanently blocks uninstall.
- Time Usage Tracking: statistics about device and app usage, stored on-device by default.
- Cloud Sync: optional account-based synchronization of usage data across devices when you sign in with Google.
- Subscriptions: Zentra Plus (monthly, yearly, lifetime) via Google Play Billing / RevenueCat. An active Play subscription must be cancelled in the Play Store — deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
The App works without an account. You may sign in with Google to access cloud sync and purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for cancelling any Play subscription separately if you delete your account (see Privacy Policy §4).
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Zentra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
- Modify, adapt, or translate the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Misuse blocking, Strict Mode, or device-admin features to lock someone else's device without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be secure or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentra, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed notifications or blocked access during an active schedule you configured.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
